Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing entries for the monthly accounting close and preparing quarterly/monthly account reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in the general ledger
Prepare trend and other analysis for month-end reporting
Assist with the development and enhancement of Accounting Dept SOPs and SOX documentation
Assist in ad hoc projects and SEC reporting process
Participate in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Contribute to a positive work environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar
1+ year of experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
Team player with ability to work independently
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
CPA/CA or equivalent preferred or intent to complete CPA
Experience developing process flowcharts
