Key Responsibilities
Increase sales and profitability for the cooperative
Implement and support current customer programs
Develop new customer markets and sales growth
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders professionally
Collaborate with various departments to enhance sales impact
Identify customer needs and provide consultative services
Prepare sales presentations, contracts, bids, and proposals
Provide training to co-op staff and customers
Service customer complaints and inquiries
Use CRM to track results and communications
Manage special projects for the local co-op and customers
Develop knowledge of multiple energy products
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Knowledge of Sales, Business Development, and/or Sales Business Operations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
