Job Description
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Mohave, Arizona. You'll have the chance to make a positive impact on patients' lives while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve patient mobility and reduce pain
Operate specialized physical therapy equipment safely and effectively
Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery techniques
Maintain a safe treatment environment adhering to safety guidelines
Engage in quality assurance initiatives and professional development
Collaborate in discharge planning
Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
Required Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in physical therapy
Physical Therapy experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply
Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
