Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing facility in California. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional rehabilitative care to residents, helping them achieve their highest functional potential through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based practice. This 13-week contract offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive, team-focused environment while making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement patient-specific therapy programs
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards
• Support patients in achieving and maintaining independence and mobility

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
• Less than 1 year of experience accepted
• Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
