Job Description
As a Loan Advisor at DriveTime, you'll help customers manage their auto loans by negotiating payment plans and maintaining positive relationships. This role is key in creating pathways to vehicle ownership while achieving production goals in a supportive and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Educate and build relationships with customers to influence payments
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Monitor and ensure regular follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
