Pay Rate : $14.5/hr on W2 ($1378 Stipend)
Weekly Gross Pay: $1900/ Week
Schedule: Three 12-hour Days /Night shifts per week

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical-Surgical team. The RN will play a critical role in providing safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, updating care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide education to patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and recovery plans
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly in the medical record
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and facility policies
• Promote a positive and healing environment aligned with patient-centered care principles

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license or compact License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Required
