Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Clinical Supervisor and make a significant impact while serving New Yorkers. You'll oversee clinical supervision, staff evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulations, all while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct staff training and development as required
Conduct staff performance evaluations
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Provide individual and group supervision of program and support staff
Monitor all individualized assessments/case management/service plans
Participate in case management/service/discharge plan meetings
Assume all on-call administrative and crisis duties during evenings and weekends
Required Qualifications
LMSW
Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents and/or case management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Computer literacy
