Key Responsibilities
Lead project management activities including procurement oversight, budgeting, and scheduling
Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders
Coordinate project communications and progress tracking
Ensure compliance with procurement requirements and contract administration
Develop and review project scopes of work, schedules, cost models, and budgets
Required Qualifications
BS or equivalent in Engineering (civil, architectural, electrical or mechanical, or mining)
8 or more years of experience as a project manager for complex institutional projects
Strong leadership skills
Understanding of OSHA, building and life safety codes, project management software
Experience in proactive planning, project programming, budgeting, risk evaluation
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience with project scheduling software
Valid state of residence driver's license
Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in related field
Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent
LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA)
Prior formal supervisory experience
Knowledge of PMWeb, Newforma, AutoCAD and BIM
Experience working on US Federal Government secure projects
Familiarity with Howard County Permitting and Maryland Environmental Regulations
