Key Responsibilities
Oversee business operations across all ambulatory pharmacy sites
Staffing coordination, scheduling, hiring, inventory and FTE management, and budget performance improvement
Supervise centralized pharmacy technicians and collaborate with site leaders, clinical managers, and central services teams
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business, Health Administration or Health Science and Policy, or Bachelor's Degree with focus on business or operations management + 3 years of related management experience
Three years in a clinic or pharmacy setting, practice management and/or supervisory experience
Thorough understanding of practice management in a health system environment
Knowledge of computer systems, including general business software such as word processing and spreadsheet analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician Registration
Pharmacy experience
Knowledge of the pharmacy practice preferred, including experience with scheduling, third party payers, and pharmacy regulations
