Key Responsibilities
Perform patient intake and scheduling appointments
Manage patient check-out process and collect payments
Handle insurance verification and referrals
Maintain front office cleanliness and organization
Coordinate patient information and assist with documentation
Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience working in a medical environment
1+ years of experience with knowledge of Nevada medical insurances
1+ years of EMR experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and other departmental specific programs/applications
Ability to travel 25% of the offices within the Las Vegas area
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience mentoring and training others
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Working knowledge of EPRG and Medicare Advantage quality requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone
Bilingual in English/Spanish
