Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support our Director of Office Operations and C-suite executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced tax relief environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Support office operations and special projects
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred:
Experience in the financial or tax services industry

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
