• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shifts: 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2010 - $2160
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Charting System: Epic (Epic experience preferred)
• Scrub Color: Any color (ED scrubs provided)
• Parking: Free on-site parking

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license (pending license accepted)
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation, multisystem organ dysfunction, central line care, IV sedation, vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ABG interpretation, ventilator management, isolation precautions, and triage
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Reliable vehicle required for assignment
• Ability to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals
• Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years required

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessment, and stabilization for trauma, stroke, cardiac, pediatric, behavioral health, and infectious disease patients
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and provide advanced airway and ventilator support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and social services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols
• Participate in orientation and required training modules
• Float to other units or sister facilities as needed to support patient care
