Join Subway Headquarters as a Field Development Manager and play a pivotal role in executing market development plans that drive restaurant growth. You'll identify new real estate opportunities, support franchise owners, and collaborate with various teams to optimize market performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new sites/Real Estate opportunities
Complete thorough analytics of potential sites
Support Franchise Owners during the Opening/Relocation/Closures
Build relationships with Key Developers, Corporate Partners, and Existing Franchisees
Work closely with Ops Field and other teams on development projects
Identify new potential markets for future growth
Analyze and define development territories
Work closely with Real Estate/Market Planning team to build the development plan
Build and Follow up the Development Pipeline
Required Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in commercial development
Experience working with franchisees
Experience with market optimization
Must have a positive attitude
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Restaurant and/or retail industry experience
Familiarity with market brokers/real estate agents
Knowledge of franchise and licensing law, regulations, and procedures
Strong knowledge of Strategic Planning, Sales Analysis, Consumer Insights and Brand Management
Experience using MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Sitewise
