Job Description
Join Staples as a B2B Sales Representative to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales. You'll manage accounts, meet productivity goals, and collaborate with internal teams, all while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Maintain client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service
Drive sales and achieve profit margins for existing accounts
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management or other relevant experience
