Key Responsibilities
Drive, monitor, and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals
Optimize and oversee the eyeglass department
Ensure outstanding customer service
Ensure quality standards are met
Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates
Assist the General Manager with staffing needs
Lead and coach associates towards sales and customer service goals
Mentor potential Apprentice Opticians
Required Qualifications
Maintain Optical license as required by the state
Optical sales experience
Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships
Sound understanding of store operations and standards for success
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organizational skills for planning work
Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
