Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Coordinating job offers and new hire paperwork
Maintaining databases
Liaison between hiring managers and candidates
Interpreting compensation and benefits
Assisting in HR policy development
Attending recruitment events
Supporting team members with HR-related questions
Required Qualifications
3 years recruitment experience
BS Degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Handle confidential information
Relate with diverse populations
Analyze data/problems/issues
