Key Responsibilities
Form provider-patient alliances and coordinate care
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
Participate in training experiences for graduate students
Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders
Provide treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other methods
Track treatment response and monitor patients
Represent the practice in community presentations
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years professional social work / clinical experience post Master's degree
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Experience with medical documentation software (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
