Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate clinical treatment programs for members with mental illness
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups
Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and maintain confidential records
Collaborate with physicians for screening and evaluating patients for medications
Supervise Post Masters Fellows and Associate Clinical professionals as needed
Participate in departmental program development and evaluation
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) AND Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Couples and Families Endorsement (California) within 24 months of hire
National Provider Identifier required at hire
Preferred Qualifications
Previous post license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team
Previous clinical responsibility including crisis intervention and psychotherapy
Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity
Commitment to quality of service and teamwork
Ability to complete multiple tasks/objectives timely
