Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs
Manage the front and back of shop for high throughput and quality
Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards
Complete shop payroll and staffing
Manage daily production flow
Write DRP complaint estimates
Team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
High-level knowledge of insurance procedures
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with computers and technology
Valid driver's license
