Key Responsibilities
Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders
Provide treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other methods
Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
Clear, active, and unrestricted LMFT license in California
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience providing behavioral health services
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Experience with medical documentation software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
