Job Description

Join Providence as an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, advocating for patient needs and providing comprehensive mental health care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team
Communicate patient's health care needs with various stakeholders
Advocate for patients to access resources
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments
Develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling
Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Temporary License
2 years in the field or related area

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of Ambulatory clinic or hospital experience
1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting
Experience in substance use treatment setting
