Position Summary:
A IT&S Technician provides first level support to internal customers regarding basic application, hardware and service network requests.
Reports to: IT Manager
FLSA: Non-exempt
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree in IT field or related field preferred
Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Must have the ability to interact in an effective manner with clients in a complex business environment.
Work Experience:
2 years of experience in the field is preferred.
Experience in a healthcare environment is desired.
