Job Description
Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor, where you'll engage with customers to collect overdue payments and create solutions that foster vehicle ownership. With a focus on relationship-building, you'll navigate various systems to assist customers effectively while exceeding production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
Educate and negotiate with customers to influence them to make needed payments
Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
Monitor and ensure follow-up on loan repayment agreements
Assist customers with debt repayment plans
Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Contact center experience in the financial services industry
