Job Description

Join DriveTime as a Loan Advisor, where you'll engage with customers to collect overdue payments and create solutions that foster vehicle ownership. With a focus on relationship-building, you'll navigate various systems to assist customers effectively while exceeding production goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect past due payments and negotiate payment plans
  • Make inbound and outbound contact with customers regarding past-due balances
  • Educate and negotiate with customers to influence them to make needed payments
  • Navigate multiple systems to review account information and process payments
  • Monitor and ensure follow-up on loan repayment agreements
  • Assist customers with debt repayment plans
  • Maintain positive working relationships with the Loan Servicing team

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in collections, financial services, and/or phone-based sales, customer service or customer relations
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contact center experience in the financial services industry
