Job Description

Join Quill as an Inside Sales Representative and drive new revenue through strategic sales initiatives in the Philadelphia region. This remote role focuses on building customer relationships and presenting tailored solutions while contributing to a culture of success and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral to build engaging presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to the account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek ways to improve and absorb coaching
  • Positively impact team culture
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
