In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful outcomes and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, scoping, and contracting of services engagements
  • Drive services sales cycles alongside enterprise software sales
  • Coach internal teams on services sales cycle
  • Develop and manage personalized account plans for customers
  • Write statements of work (SOWs) and navigate legal reviews
  • Maintain client relationships throughout professional services engagements
  • Contribute to the growth of the professional services department

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience selling professional services
  • Experience in writing statements of work (SOWs)
  • Ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • iPaaS sales experience
  • Project and/or account management experience
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • PMP or Scrum certifications
  • Understanding of key applications like Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday
  • Experience in enterprise business accounts
