Key Responsibilities
Support participants with personal hygiene and developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Assist participants to engage in community activities
Provide support for individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
