Bistecca by Il Mulino is seeking a Line Cook with professional kitchen experience for a fine dining environment. Responsibilities include cooking menu items, maintaining food stock, and ensuring a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the Chef
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Communicating in a positive professional manner
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Required Qualifications
Professional kitchen experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to communicate and comprehend instructions in English
Preferred Qualifications
21+ years or older
Experience in full service, fine dining restaurant
