Key Responsibilities
Providing visionary leadership and strategic guidance to elevate student achievement.
Supervising staff performance and implementing performance management plans.
Consulting with and supporting teachers in classroom management.
Ensuring compliance with contractual and state-specific requirements.
Overseeing daily school operations including scheduling and budgeting.
Communicating proactively with families and community stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study.
Minimum 5 years prior experience in special education services and compliance.
Minimum 3 years prior experience working in an educational leadership or school administrator position.
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining education leadership or related credential.
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a special education instruction credential.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in educational leadership, special education, or a closely related field of study.
Comprehensive knowledge of administrative and school operations.
Prior experience in the development, assessment, and management of curriculum.
