Key Responsibilities
Apply principles of one-on-one ABA therapy
Support early childhood development through therapeutic activities
Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment and safety
Engage with children in play and movement activities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in childcare or education
Background in mental health or behavioral health
Degrees in teaching, special education, or related fields
Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
