Key Responsibilities
Develop and report on Metrics & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Accounts Payable performance
Structure and manage staff for timely A/P deliverables
Guide staff on research and resolution of complex issues
Ensure high level of service and performance from team members
Design and implement vendor management processes
Manage procedures and controls to mitigate duplicate payments
Serve as a member of the ERP implementation team
Partner with Procurement to develop Procure to Pay processes
Collaborate with Supply Chain Management on Inventory Management Module
Implement processes to increase automated payment methods
Partner with Accounting and Treasury for fiscal requirements
Drive evaluation and management of solutions for Accounts Payable
Ensure development and completion of AP policies and documentation
Oversee employee performance assessments and development plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or AP or P2P Manager certification
Minimum of 10 years progressive full cycle AP experience, including 5 years of management experience
Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations as pertaining to AP
Experience with Procure to Pay implementations and process management
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Experience with SOX activities and controls
