Human Resources Director at Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP

Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate with 2-7 years’ experience in defending medical malpractice claims for our Litigation Practice Group.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and at mediation
• Develop and execute legal strategies
• Conduct thorough factual and legal research and analysis
• Manage matters from commencement to final resolution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required. Admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in all aspects of trial advocacy (depositions, motions, etc.)

The annualized salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
