• 8 shifts per month -- weekdays only, 8 am - 5 pm with one hour lunch
• 10 - 12 patients per day
• Occupational medicine clinic setting
• DOT physicals and impairment ratings performed
• Workers compensation certification Level 2 required
• Hospital privileges required
• Adult patients only -- internal medicine or family medicine accepted
• Clinic closed on federal holidays
