Job Description
As a Traveling Project Manager at SAIIA Construction, you'll lead Civil and Construction projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while managing budgets and schedules. If you have a background in Heavy Civil Construction or CCR and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers exciting challenges and significant travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects
Maintain client and subcontractor liaison to facilitate construction activities
Monitor project construction to ensure adherence to schedule and budget
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in an equivalent position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, construction estimating and scheduling software
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure
Experience with job costing and contract changes
