Key Responsibilities
Support licensed practitioners by performing clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and administering injections
Assist in medication management in a urology clinic setting
Perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care
Comply with established policies, procedures, and regulations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
Completed two years of medical training in the U.S. Armed Forces
Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant
Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
6 months Healthcare experience
6 months Medical Assistant experience
