Travel Pay Rate : (above 50 miles)

• Hourly:$26.5/hr W2 + $1,554/week (non - taxable stipend)
• Gross:$2,508/weekly

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring telemetry, and managing patients with diverse medical and post-surgical conditions. This role requires strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical judgment skills to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with medical and surgical diagnoses.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms via telemetry, promptly recognizing and reporting abnormalities.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products per provider orders and document accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license of MA .
• BLS and ACLS required.
• NIHSS required
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of MS/Tele experience.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and post-operative care.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech EMR systems preferred.
