Job Description
Join Randstad USA as a Client Development Manager in Finance and Accounting, where you can leverage your accounting expertise in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and expand new business opportunities within existing and prospecting clients
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives for medium to large accounts
Maintain strong client relationships and promote Randstad's leadership position in the staffing industry
Manage the sales process by building and maintaining a database of qualified contacts
Increase market share and revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding business within existing accounts
Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to create new business opportunities
Negotiate staffing agreements and contracts
Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies and solutions
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required reports and activity tracking
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of business experience
2+ years of business to business sales
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax laws, auditing, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and industry knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
