Job Description
Join the Youth ACT Team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll provide crucial treatment and support to youth and families facing significant behavioral health challenges. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to foster family functioning and promote stability for youth transitioning back to their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to the child and their family/caregivers
Engage families as active partners in care
Assess risk and develop safety plans
Participate in person-centered care planning
Collaborate with community providers and schools
Monitor participant progress towards care plan goals
Provide on-call crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders
