Comfort with trachs is a must

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Ratios in ICU are typically 1-3 depending on diagnosis
On stepdown side usually 4 (up to 5) when we have medical pts
We staff with 4-5 RN's depending on census and patients needs, and 1-3 CNA's
HUC/telemetry tech on stationed on the unit 24/7
