Key Responsibilities
Make 40+ outbound calls daily into the broker market
Create awareness of the Company's products to brokers
Secure relationships with target brokers and educate them about products
Evaluate broker performance and add new brokers to the organization
Identify potential brokers from various sources
Provide support to broker partners through quoting and underwriting
Assist brokers in developing selling strategies
Communicate timely updates to brokers about products and changes
Master the Company's product portfolio
Develop relationships with Account Managers for seamless service
Provide feedback to RVP on market receptivity
Meet daily activity metrics and input data into CRM
Travel within the region as needed
Required Qualifications
Life and Health license in resident state
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
