Radiologic Technologist Job Details

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist preferred
• Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (pending license accepted)
• ARRT Mammography certification required
• Experience with screening and diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic breast biopsy, and DEXA scans
• Proficiency with HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment
• Experience with Syngo Radiology Information System preferred
• First-time travelers and experienced healthcare professionals welcome
• Ability to provide recent references from managers or supervisors
• Willingness to complete required healthcare modules during orientation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Conduct stereotactic breast biopsies and DEXA scans as required
• Operate HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment efficiently
• Accurately document procedures and patient information using the Syngo Radiology Information System
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards in New Jersey healthcare settings
