Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a Part-Time Rental Car Customer Service Agent and enjoy an energetic work environment. In this role, you’ll assist customers outdoors with the rental and return process, ensuring excellent service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
  • Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
  • Process rentals for loyalty customers
  • Provide excellent customer service at exit gates and car returns

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • On-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
