Location: Marlborough, MA
Position Type: Full-Time, 13-26 weeks contract
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

 

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a home health position in the Marlborough, MA area. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care in the comfort of their homes, working with individuals in need of rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have prior home health experience, and familiarity with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) is highly desired.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy to patients in their homes, ensuring proper rehabilitation techniques and treatment plans are followed.
• Treat patients with various conditions and needs, focusing on recovery and improving mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including daily notes and patient progress reports.
• Ensure patient safety and well-being during therapy sessions.
