Key Responsibilities
Engage and consult with business leaders to provide talent solutions
Support and provide resources to senior leaders
Recommend solutions for organizational change initiatives
Collaborate with leaders on talent and organizational synergies
Participate in organizational design conversations
Facilitate talent management strategies
Partner with Centers of Excellence for HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in HR or Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience in HR or 9 years’ experience in HR without a degree
Experience working closely alongside, influencing, and supporting senior leaders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional navigation through conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated business acumen
Project management skills
Strong leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
