Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
Create personalized treatment plans
Educate clients and families on improving daily activities
Maintain accurate records of evaluations and treatment plans
Advocate for clients' needs and support access to resources
Required Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or license eligible
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in various healthcare settings
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
