A Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides rehabilitative services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role involves delivering therapy treatments, assisting with patient evaluations and referrals, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires an Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program, current licensure, and strong communication skills, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling offered by Enhance Therapies.
