Job Description

Join Quill, a part of Staples, as a Senior Inside Sales Team Manager, leading a dynamic sales team to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize your expertise in sales strategy and team management to cultivate an environment of collaboration and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team/market
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Track and analyze market/team sales data
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team
  • Conduct call coaching sessions
  • Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and trade shows
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management
  • Conduct audits and address gaps in team performance

Required Qualifications

  • High School or GED Equivalent
  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams in an Inside Sales environment
