Labor and Delivery RN

Qualifications:

• 2 Yr Experience (LDRP, L&D, PP and Newborn care) - REQUIRED
• AWHONN Intermediate, BCLS & NRP - REQUIRED
• ACLS - PREFERRED
• EPIC experience REQUIRED

Description:

• Patient Age Groups: Infants, Adults
• Float required as needed
• Skills: Circulate, FHM, IV START
• STAFFINF RATIO- 1:1-3
• Patient Diagnoses: Labor and Delivery/Post Partum/OB Triage/ Antepartum/ Normal Newborn
• Special Equipment: Circulate C/S, High Risk Antepartum, High Risk L&D, LDRP, Low Risk Antepartum/LD, OB-GYN, Post-Op/Pre-Op and Couplet Care

Special Procedures:

• Vaginal Delivery/Cesarean Delivery/Circulate in OR/ Start adult IVs
• Blood/Blood Products Administration;
• Drains, Epidural Pumps, PCA Pumps;
• Insulin, Magnesium Sulfate
