Key Responsibilities
Ensure and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services.
Collaborate with management to improve outcomes and service.
Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery.
Assist in interviewing, selecting, and training new staff.
Manage staff scheduling and labor aspects according to patient needs.
Support inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
6 Months Registered Nurse Experience Required
RN (Registered Nurse)
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 60 months of employment
Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year of employment
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 months of employment
