Job Description & Requirements Now Hiring: Travel RN – Float/Resource Pool
Important: Applicants must reside 60 miles or more from Watertown, NY
Location: Watertown, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 12 hour night shift (7p-7a) – weekend, holiday and call required
Key Responsibilities:
• Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative, problem-solving skill
• May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse
Qualifications:
• Current NY State license
• AHA BLS; ACLS & PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience required
• Must have at least 1 successful Traveler assignment
• Coronary Care experience PREFERRED
