Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct nursing staff and patient care delivery
Assign nursing personnel and duties based on patient needs
Monitor compliance with standards and objectives
Act as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and families
Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients
Ensure documentation of patient care activities
Participate in nursing strategic initiatives and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Program Graduate
2 years directly related experience
CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers within 30 days
RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual in English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo
